Park Holidays accepts all major Debit & Credit Card.

Typically 7 or 14 night holidays start on a Monday, Friday or Saturday. 3 night short breaks start on a Friday and 4 night short breaks starting on a Monday. However, if you are flexible on your arrival date and duration they may be able to find the perfect break for you, just call their Reservations Team on 0343 178 7070 and ask about ‘book and go’.

You can pay by debit/credit card either online or over the telephone, some customers prefer to pay installments monthly and this is fine, please note that if your holiday is less than 30 days away they will request payment in full. You can also manage your booking payments online.

They offer a group booking service for any booking of five or more holiday homes, with some great savings available. Please call their Reservations Team on 0343 178 7070 and ask for the “Group Bookings Desk” for valuable advice on planning and booking your trip.

After you have paid either a deposit or the full amount then there is a non-refundable admin fee of £20 to make any substantial change. After 24 hours following the booking, any amendments to your booking should be made by the lead name on the booking either via email or by writing to their holiday support team. Emails should be sent to holidaysupport@parkholidays.com and letters sent for the attention of Holiday Support at their head office.

Touring breaks can begin and finish on any day of the week. Please note that Camping Pods have a minimum stay of 2 nights.

They are unable to accept bookings from anyone under the age of 18. Where half or more of your party is aged between 17 and 25 you must tell them when you book by calling their Reservations Team on 0343 178 7077.

The lead on the booking may request the cancellation of their holiday by emailing their holiday support team on holidaysupport@parkholidays.com or by post to Holiday Support, Park Holidays UK, Glovers House, Glovers End, Bexhill-On-Sea, TN39 5ES. Please include the following information that will be on the booking: Booking Reference Number, Address, Contact Number, Full name, Arrival date, Park, and the reason for cancelling.

You can visit as often as you like during the ownership season - weekends, weeks or longer periods. They will give you the opening and closing dates for the park you are interested in. Ownership seasons vary by the park but are from 9 -11.5 months.

Yes, you’ll be given a guided tour of the park and shown the locations that are available to you.

Apart from utility bills, Water rates, local authority rates, and insurance, you pay an annual pitch fee; this contributes towards the running costs of the parks. The purchase price normally includes the pitch fees for the rest of the current year in the price. They can offer easy payment options to spread the running costs each year to make ownership affordable and hassle-free.
