What is the payment method?

Laybrook accepts Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Debit MasterCard, and Maestro.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Sorry. Laybrook ships to the UK only.

What happens if I do not like the mattress?

If you let them know within the 7 days they will change it free of charge to a slightly firmer or softer mattress, alternatively, you can try another type of mattress or you can have a full refund, what have you got to lose. The mattress exchange also applies if you visit their showroom but as you have tried the bed no refunds are given on the bed. (excludes Special Order Beds) For mattress only purchases a mattress exchange is possible but refunds are not.

How soon can you deliver their bed?

Delivery is generally 10 to 14 days (Scotland up-to 21 days). They can deliver within 3 to 5 working days for those who have family coming out of the hospital or those of you just in a hurry, this costs an extra £145 or £295 for a Turning Bed as they have to re-organize deliveries and or do a special trip for that particular delivery. Due to geographical restrictions and courier coverage limitations, “Fast Delivery” is not available in Scotland. Also, for the same reasons, there may be a delivery charge in cases where delivery is required in remote areas.

If I have my bed made shorter or higher (i.e. a non-standard size, Special Order) or Cot Sides installed do I still get the 7-day trial?

As this is a bespoke item or personalized then they are unable to include it in the 7-day trial and can not be cancelled under any circumstances after 48hrs of ordering. They try to go above the legal obligations they have as a company with their 7-day trial as once a mattress has slept on they do not by law have to take it back (due to cross-contamination) they do offer a mattress exchange on all beds for peace of mind, on all beds. Money-back guarantee excludes all special orders unless agreed in writing however you will still have the mattress exchange option.
