At what age group are the LittleLife Backpacks designed for?
The Toddler Backpacks are designed for children from the age of one. Of course, without the harness, the product can be used as a backpack until four or five years of age.

LittleLife tests all their harness backpacks and harnesses to the stringent BS EN 13210:2004 standard to ensure that the harness is strong enough and can withstand the falls, trips and tantrums a child can throw at it.

There isn’t a formal height range as it is very much the girth that determines whether the harness fits or not. Height is not much of an issue (within reason!).

What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, they will gladly accept your return within 30 days. The cost of return will be at your expense.
What if I get wrong, faulty or damaged items?
If you have received a wrong (different than displayed online) or damaged item you can return it within 30 days from the shipping date. If the item is faulty, you have 3 years from the order date to file a warranty claim. Return the item using your preferred method, please send them proof of payment and they will refund the costs. If proof of payment for the return is not supplied to them they will refund you an estimated cost of return postage.
