How can I return?
They want you to be happy with your purchase, however, if you change your mind and wish to make a return or an exchange you must notify them within 14 days in writing by letter, email or filling in the contact form below, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulation. Unwanted items must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging or email at customercare@pandnhomewares.com. Once they have received and checked the returned items, they will refund your money, less any collection fee e.g. returns costs (unless you have returned the items at your own expense).
What to do if I receive a faulty/damaged item?
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, please note that these cases must be reported within 24 hours of a signed delivery. They will require photographic evidence for any faulty or damaged goods before they can arrange a replacement. Their customer services team are here to help, please email them at customercare@pandnhomewares.com if there is an issue with your order. They will then offer you either the choice of an exchange of faulty parts or products or collections with a full refund.
Can I collect/return my order in person?
If you live close to their office in or around Leicester, you are more than welcome to collect your order or return your item to them to avoid any return charges.
