How do I modify or remove my advert?
Go to the 'My Adverts' page within the "My Account" area. Here you will then be able to view your adverts by clicking on the dropdown menu. If you choose to view your live adverts you can then select to remove or edit your adverts.
Is this service free?
You can join Preloved for free. As a free member of Preloved, you can place as many private adverts as you wish. You can also take part in their discussion forums and their reader's reviews area. However, if you want to respond to their most recent adverts, you need to become a full member.
Otherwise, you can respond to all adverts once they reach 12 days old with your free membership.
How long does my advert stay online for?
Your adverts stay online for about two months, at which point they are archived. You may renew your advert at any time by hitting the update button in the "My Account" area.
How do I handle delivery?
They do not currently offer any standard process for specifying the delivery of items. In general, they try to encourage people to buy locally and pick the item up in person but if this isn't possible, it is for the buyer and seller to decide on a mutually agreeable method of delivery and payment. Having said that, if you wish to outline any details of delivery in your advert (specifying that delivery is not included in the price for example) you can add that to your advert description.
