Items in stock when the order is received will normally be dispatched either the same day or the next working day. Out-of-stock items can take slightly longer. Pre-ordered items are typically dispatched the day before the release date. Orders for delivery within the UK will generally be received within 10 working days, and Royal Mail states they are unable to claim for a missing item until this timeframe has passed.

Overseas orders will generally be received within 10–14 days, but international postal orders sent by Royal Mail and Deutsche Post would need to allow 28 business days from the date of dispatch before processing a claim for a missing item. Orders sent internationally by UPS would need to allow up to 20 business days from the date of dispatch to arrive.

Orders placed via PayPal will be charged at the time of placing the order, regardless of whether the items are on pre-order or not. For orders placed via credit or debit cards, the order total is pre-authorized in order to confirm and secure your items. This amount is simply ring-fenced by your bank and is not sent to them. This is reflected in your account by your bank within 3-5 working days. Your card issuer dictates the time it takes for this to return to you; they have no control over this. When they come to process the order for dispatch, they then fully debit this amount from your account. Processing orders may commence the week before the dispatch date. Pre-ordered items are typically dispatched the day before the release date of the item. Delivery of the pre-ordered items would then fall in line with the delivery method selected at checkout.

You have the right to cancel your order without having to give a reason at any time before your goods are dispatched or within 14 days after delivery, such 14-day period beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
