How can I track the delivery of my order?
Once your order leaves their warehouse you’ll receive an email with a tracking number that can be used to check your parcel’s progress. You will usually get your tracking email within five business days of placing your order. To track your parcel and get an estimated delivery time, click the link provided in the email to be automatically redirected to track your order
Alternatively, please refer to the DPD website and enter your reference number.
What happens if my order is received damaged or incomplete?
Sorry, your order hasn’t arrived as it should have. Please get in touch using the contact them button below so that they can assist you further.
To speed up the process make sure you include:
* Your order number
* Your full name and email address
* Details of the missing or damaged products
* A picture of your returns form including any handwritten notes or initials
* A photo of any damaged items
What is the return policy?
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy any products from them online, you have a ‘cooling-off’ period of 14 days from the day after receipt, during which time you can return the product to them and receive a full refund. This includes the original delivery charge (up to the cost of the basic delivery charge) but not the cost of returning the product. This does not apply to any goods which are personalised or made to your specification or any swimwear, underwear, earrings or cosmetics. The refund of any delivery charges for the original product will be capped at our standard postage price. In addition to the cooling-off period, they are happy to accept change of mind returns subject to the conditions outlined below.
“Change of mind” includes purchases you have made in error eg accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, items that don’t fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts.
