Vapour Depot delivers to most of the countries which are enabled during the checkout process.

Orders are sent within 2 working days. 90% of orders are sent the same day if ordered before 2 pm. This does not apply to orders containing concentrates or Mystery Box / Juice Box. Please allow a total of 3 working days processing time as the processing times stated are our averages, however during busy periods it can take a little longer. Mystery Box / Juice Box orders are dispatched in around 3 – 5 days after we receive your reply to our Likes/Dislikes questionnaire.

If your product develops a fault, please get in touch with their customer service team using the "Contact Us" page. Providing your item is under warranty, one of their agents will provide you with full return instructions. You will be responsible for returning the item to them at your own cost, however, if they find there is a fault with the product the return postage cost will be refunded to yourself. You have the right to cancel your order at any time, up to 14 working days after the day you receive it. Vapour Depot do however ask that you tell them as soon as possible if you wish to do this.
