Here are some great tips & tricks for extra savings at ZAPAKA:
ZAPAKA accepts all major Credit/Debit Card.
ZAPAKA ships within countries provided during checkout.
All normal products will need 5-7 business days to process, except the complicated handwork like beading, embroidery and tie-dye will need 13-20 business days to process.
You may need to contact them to initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving your items. Their after-sales department will handle the issue.
Refunds of all kinds are always processed back to the original form of payment and at this time, they do not have the ability to change the method of payment.
It generally takes them up to 5-7 business days to process a refund. Once the refund is processed on their end, they will email you a confirmation.
For returned items needing a refund, the package must first be processed back into their warehouse after they receive your package. It usually takes about 10 days to receive your package and handle a refund.
