Can I place an order and top up using Paypal?
Yes, you can. If you place your initial order by Paypal, 1pMobile will use Paypal to take future payments when you wish to top-up or if you set up an auto top-up on your account. You can change or cancel your payment method at any time. When paying PayPal you will be requested to approve future payments to continue. You will need to click OK to this to proceed. They will not take any payments after your initial order unless you manually do a top-up or have asked to set-up an auto top-up for you.
What do I do if my phone is lost or stolen?
You should contact 1pMobile as soon as possible via email, by using their online chat facility (You will find the live chat button on their contact page) or by calling the customer support team on 03333 442278, between 9 am and 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday. If you call from your mobile, you will be charged 1p a minute.
Alternatively, you can bar your SIM online. If you are already signed in to your account, you can simply visit the Bar/unbar your SIM page. If not, visit the Login page to log in to your account and then visit your 'Network settings' page. Click on the blue 'Bar SIM' button and you will then be able to activate either the 'Lost' or 'Stolen' bar.
Can I get a VAT receipt/invoice?
If you require a VAT receipt, just log into your account and go to the top-ups page. You can then click the 'VAT receipts' button where all your historical payments are shown. Just click on the purchase you require a receipt for. If you wish to print out the receipt there is a button to provide you with a printer friendly version.
Do you have any call connection charges?
No, there are no connection charges for calls made with your 1pMobile SIM.
What network do you use and what is the coverage like?
They use the EE network to provide you with your mobile service, so you should receive great coverage. Currently, EEβs 4G network reaches 97% population coverage of the UK and 67% geographic coverage. EEβs 2G coverage currently reaches 99% of the UK population while 3G reaches 98%. Do you offer call forwarding?
No, they do not offer call forwarding to another telephone number.
