Where do you deliver?
adoremefragrances delivers within the UK. Due to the UK leaving the EU, unfortunately adoremefragrances currently cannot deliver into the EU and consequently cannot accept orders for EU destinations at this time.
What is the processing time?
All items will be shipped within 1-2 days upon receiving cleared payment, but during busier sales periods this could sometimes take up to 72 hours. Items are only dispatched between Monday to Friday, so orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. Please note that ordering on Friday after 1 pm may result in your order being processed on the following Monday.
What If I receive a damaged product?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact adoremefragrances immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that they can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What is the returns policy?
adoremefragrances have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you should contact adoremefragrances. If your return is accepted, they’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to them without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How will I get a refund
adoremefragrances will notify you once they’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
