All orders placed before 10 am, where next day delivery has been selected, are dispatched on the same day, but this can vary during their busiest periods, especially on Mondays, when they go into sale or when the office has been closed for a period of time.

Very occasionally, packages do get lost in transit. If this happens, they will keep you informed and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Returning or exchanging your item is simple; please read their policy details to ensure you have all of the correct information to return your purchase. Please note that you can only exchange for the same product code in a different size. If you are looking for a different product code, please treat that as a return and not an exchange.
You can get a refund for the cost of the item for any reason within 30 days of the original purchase. Items must be returned to them as new, with all original packaging, and in a saleable condition.
