If your order is for an off-the-shelf product and its ordered before about 2:00 pm on a weekday it will usually leave them that day. If it is a bespoke product Eg; a net cut to size with a rope edge then this can take 7/10 days although again many are on the shelf. Please call if you want to make sure 01462 677511.
Provided that the goods you have purchased are in the same condition and packaged as they were when you received them, and you return them within 28 days of purchase, they will happily either exchange them for goods of the same value or give a full refund.
If they have made a mistake, then they will collect any products that are wrong and make a full refund including carriage.
Refunds for goods returned through no fault of their will subject to a handling charge of 15% and it is the customer's responsibility to return the product. The original carriage charge cannot be refunded.
