What is an eVoucher and how do I use it?
Your eVoucher will be available on your purchase page exclusively for online use. To use it, follow these steps:
- Put the items you want to purchase in your shopping cart and then hit Checkout.
- Your eVoucher will be added to your order when you click Add; the payment information at the bottom of the page will change to reflect any remaining balance owed.
- To complete the checkout process, click Continue.
Tobacco, infant formula, and prescription drugs are among the items that cannot be purchased with eVouchers. These can still be included in your order, but they will not count against the eVoucher’s minimum order number.
What is the best way to use ASDA gift cards or school vouchers?
To use a gift card or a school meal voucher, go to the checkout screen and enter the 16-digit card number and 4-digit PIN, then press Add to see the balance. Please keep in mind that your online account does not store your gift card information, so any gift card amounts you wish to use will need to be entered each time you place an order.
Is it necessary for me to use my gift card in its entirety?
No, it’s not true. Any unused balance on your card will stay on it until you use it, and you can use the funds on your card in as many transactions as you want. You will pay the remaining balance through another payment method if the items you purchase cost more than the amount on the gift card.
What happens if I return anything I purchased with a gift card?
If you used your gift card to pay for your whole purchase, you will receive a full refund in the form of an eVoucher that you will use the next time you shop.
What if I used a gift card in addition to other payment methods?
If you paid with various means, such as a debit/credit card, an Asda eVoucher, and a gift card, your refund will be processed in the following order:
- Once the eVoucher’s maximum value is reached, it is refunded first.
- The gift card is then used until it reaches its maximum value.
- Then the credit card until it reaches its maximum limit.

Why am I having issues with payment?
They make every effort to process payment for your order the day before or on the day it is due. They can sometimes be unable to receive an effective authorisation message from your bank; this may occur for a variety of reasons. Your bank will be able to provide you with details as to why this occurred. They are unable to fulfil orders without effective authorisation, so your order will be cancelled. If this occurs, they will send you an email prior to your scheduled appointment time, and a message will appear on your Order Details tab.
How do I make a copy of an order?
You can quickly and conveniently copy a previous order and add it to your cart. Sign in to your online account and go to Your Orders to put a new order based on a previous order. Locate the correct order and press Add to Trolley, then follow the on-screen directions. They’ll give you a revised order description to your email address after you check out.
What do I do if I can’t sign in?
Try resetting your password if you’re having trouble logging in. Getting your reset code via text is faster. Email can take up to an hour to arrive, and it’s possible that it’ll end up in the spam or junk folder.
What is the procedure for closing my account?
