Barclay Beds accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and PayPal.

As all their beds are hand-built per order, they aim to manufacture and deliver your bed for 7-12 working days. If you have any specific requirements for delivery then feel free to contact them.

If they haven’t started the manufacturing process you are free to change your order, so please do contact them.

Barclay Beds are contactable by email or live chat. Their live chat facility is always online, if the chat displays offline they are notified immediately once a message is sent. Barclay Beds have set an approximate guideline of waiting 24 hours, however, they tend to respond within a couple of hours (as long as it’s not midnight.)

Barclay Beds are in a position to provide swatches in order to request this please send them a message via the Live chat feature or alternatively an email.

Barclay Beds operate on delivery to the door service however are unable to deliver to any other floor than the ground floor. Please contact them if you wish for further clarification

The ottoman storage does not come with a base, they advise using the existing floor this would provide more depth and ultimately more space

Barclay Beds use black felt to cover the back of the headboards on their bed and headboard range. Please note the wingback Beds also have black felt on the wings that are matched with the design shape.

Mattresses are sold separately and can be found via the Mattress section via the website.

Barclay Beds are proud of the quality, style and advice that they offer at Barclays Beds Ltd and they do have stringent quality control but damage during transit is always a risk with furniture. Barclay Beds want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase so in the rare event that you wish to return your item/items due to a manufacturing fault or transit damage, then please inform them that there is a problem as soon as you have unpacked the items either by email or live chat. Barclay Beds will aim to resolve the issue, either by instructing one of their team to visit to repair,(If their team are on-site they may be able to repair without a collection) rectify any fault or to arrange for a collection to return your goods to their workshop to carry out any repair work or remaking your item prior to re-despatching the goods to you.

If you feel the goods are faulty please contact them immediately and they will then contact you to arrange a time to collect the item. The above conditions also apply.

Refunds are not offered on made to order goods.

If an item ordered is not faulty they are happy to accept this as a return. The cost of return would be your responsibility. Please do check the terms and conditions Clause ‘3’ in order to ensure the product being returned does not consist of a surcharge for a return.
