They currently only deliver to UK addresses. If you are an international customer you may choose to use a forwarding service such as Forward2Me and you can input the UK delivery address at checkout.
All their UK orders are shipped on a tracked service and you can track your order by following the link in the email sent to you.
Yes, they dispatch any UK order that is received by 1 pm on the same day. They do not dispatch orders at the weekend as their team deserve a well-earned rest.
This will depend on the service that you choose at checkout. You will receive a tracking email from Royal Mail so you can track your shipment at any time. All standard UK shipments are on a Royal Mail 48-hour service and if your order is over £40 it will be on a Royal Mail 48 tracked unless otherwise specified. Their cut-off for same-day dispatch is 1 pm and they do not ship at the weekend.
On occasions, they find that parcels are left with neighbours or received by another person. If this is common in your location they would ask that you check this. If it has gone missing they can investigate with the carrier and get further information on the person who signed for it. If you need further help then please email hello@baristaandco.com and they can help.
They process orders immediately and it is unlikely you can cancel the order. Please call them on 01202 619 500 (Monday - Friday 9 am to 4 pm) and they will try and prevent dispatch from their warehouse. If they are unable to do this then you can follow the returns process to receive a refund.
They offer a 30-day returns policy from the date of delivery or is available for collection. The product must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition. They aim to refund you within 5 working days of receipt of the returned item although it may take your bank longer to process the refund. They will refund you by the means of the original payment. It is your responsibility to get the item back to them in good condition and it is your responsibility until they receive it. Due to this please ensure you pack your item well and get proof of postage.
If your item is faulty they would be happy to process a replacement if the item was purchased from their website. You can do this by requesting a return in Your Account. If they require the item back they will contact you, if not they will simply send a new item. Please check it is within their guarantee period and covered by their guarantee. If it is not they are unable to offer a return or replacement.
Absolutely, they want to ensure you get the right product. Once they receive the item back unused, in original packaging and in the saleable condition they can arrange a full refund. They will then send a link to the item(s) you require so you can make payment for that item, they will not charge delivery for the second order as long as the value is over £20. It is your responsibility to get the exchange back to them so please pack well and get a postage receipt. They cannot offer exchanges on coffee.
Unfortunately, they are not able to accept refunds or exchanges for items that have been used or the original packaging has been damaged. If they suspect the item has been used or can see it has been used they will not process a refund and the item will be sent back to you at your cost or you can arrange collection.
