When will my order be delivered?
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 6 pm will be guaranteed free next working day delivery. Orders placed after 6 pm on Friday and before 2.30 pm Sunday will be delivered on Monday. (except bank holidays) All orders after 2.30 pm Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. Subject to a successful network credit check (if applicable) and stock availability.
Can I track my order once it is shipped?
Once your order is ready to be sent out to you, an ‘order dispatched’ email containing your order details and tracking reference number will be sent to you. You can use this to track your order via the DPD website.
Can I return the product?
If unfortunately you are dissatisfied with the product for whatever reason or simply change your mind within 14 days of receiving the device, you are entitled to exchange or return the product within 14 calendar days of receipt of your delivery, you will then have a further 14 days to return the handset.
Please note that in order for them to accept your phone for cancellation it must meet the following criteria:
* Must be in pristine condition and returned in its original undamaged packaging;
* Must be returned with its original charger any other leads and accessories supplied;
* Must be returned with any additional gifts you may have received as part of the deal purchased;
When Can I Upgrade?
You can be upgraded on EE 45 days from your contract end date. If you are unsure of whether or not you are eligible for an upgrade, please call them on 0208 712 6808 and they can assist by talking you through your options.
They can only upgrade an account if they are speaking to the account holder. If you are not the account holder they must have authorization from them to access the account on their behalf and authorise the upgrade.
