Is my credit card information safe on your website?
Rest assured, all your data privacy including the payment details are certainly safe on their website. They will never have access to your privacy.
I don’t receive any email for installation after purchasing your software, what can I do?
It usually takes about several minutes to send the installation email to your email address. If you don’t receive the email within 24 hours after the purchase, they recommend you contact their customer service.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Yes, you can. Just select the subscription plan you want to upgrade or downgrade to during the renewal and purchase process. Noted: please make sure the auto-renew function of your account is turned off, or that may cause twice deduction. If you are not sure how to do that, just contact their customer service for help.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
If you have bound your account, you can cancel the subscription from the Settings on the online dashboard and click ‘Cancel subscription’. If not, please contact their customer service to cancel it for you.
How to add another device for the KidsGuard Pro app?
Due to the pricing plan limitation, to add a new device, you first need to have another valid license. Then click the ‘Add New Device’ tab on the KidsGuard Pro control panel and complete the purchase process. After that, just follow the on-screen instructions to bind the new device
