What do you do once you have installed the connection?
They highly recommend downloading the Linksys app on your smartphone. Their engineer will show you how to use the app. They will show you how to run a speed test via the app, add parental controls, see how many devices are connected and find your username and password.
Can I set up a VPN with your service?
Yes. They do not restrict their service in any way, to give their customers maximum flexibility and control.
The Linksys Velop is highly configurable and fully supports VPN pass-through via Internet Protocol Security (IPSec), Point-to-Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP) and Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol (L2TP)
What if I can’t attend the installation appointment?
Up to 48 hours before your installation appointment you are able to amend your installation appointment online here. You will need your order reference number from your confirmation email and email address. If you wish to amend your appointment less than 48 hours prior please let them know immediately on 0800 082 0770.
