Are the blinds covered under a warranty?
All of their blinds are covered by a 12-month standard warranty. They also extend this to a five-year guarantee on the majority of blinds produced in their own factories. For full details on their warranty offer, visit their terms and conditions.
Am I able to amend my order once it has been processed?
If ordered on a standard delivery rate, you may be able to amend your order within 24 hours. Any next-day orders cannot be amended due to their urgent production.
How much notice do I have to give to cancel my order?
Direct Blinds offers no cancellation right for their custom-made and made-to-measure products, which includes any blinds, curtains and any other made to order products on their website unless otherwise advertised. However, if you change your mind before your goods are manufactured, they may be able to halt production, although this is not a guarantee. It is therefore important to contact them as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order, and they may be able to refund your purchase, minus any costs incurred.  Any next-day orders cannot be canceled due to their urgent production.
I do not like the colour or fabric of my blind, can I return it?
Unfortunately, custom-made goods cannot be returned to them if you are not happy with the colour or fabric style you selected. For this reason, they’re happy to provide free samples to help you decide. Simply choose your fabrics and order the samples on-line, they will be despatched using First Class post.
How do I order my free samples?
To order your free samples, just click on the ‘Get a sample’ button on your desired product page. Selected free samples will then be added to your shopping cart labeled with the price £0.00, where you will be required to complete the normal transaction steps. You can order up to ten free samples per order via their web page – if you require more, create a new order or call customer services on 0370 218 4824.
What is the payment method?
directblinds accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard and via PayPal.
Can I have the option of a timed delivery?
If you wish to receive your order within a specific time frame, you can take the option of a timed delivery, but only if your order is available and has been selected for, their Next Day or two-three day express services. Morning deliveries arrive between 7 am and 12 noon. If you need your item to arrive before 10 am this can also be arranged. Both services incur an extra cost at the checkout.
How long will my order take?
Standard delivery is usually five to seven days; non-mainland can take up to ten business days.
Which courier do you use to deliver my blinds?
Their carrier partners are TNT and Tuffnels. If your courier does not arrive or your package has gone missing, contact customer services team.
What do I do if my parcel arrives damaged?
On the rare occasion that a parcel is damaged in transit, please sign as ‘damaged’ on the carrier’s note. If the goods inside are actually damaged rather than just the packaging, please contact customer services as soon as possible.
