There are 4 delivery options. Depending on the delivery method selected at the time of payment, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed on the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods.
Rest assured; they will keep you informed throughout the entire order process. A tracking link will also be sent to you by email as soon as your parcel has been dispatched. You can also track your order from your customer account or from “Track my order”.
You can track your parcel at any time from your customer account. They will do their best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, but please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods. If your order is being prepared, be patient. It should arrive shortly.
If you find that your order is incomplete or damaged, please contact them. Please have your order number to hand so that their advisers can make the necessary arrangements.
If you change your mind, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to return it to them. You can make your return request directly from your customer account or from “Track my order” if you placed your order as a guest. Once you have created your return, please pack your product(s) carefully and place the return form inside your parcel. This will enable their teams to quickly identify your order. A prepaid label will be sent to you by email so that you can return your parcel to them free of charge.
Please note that products must be new, unused and in their original packaging to be returned and refunded.
