How do I assign an activity?
through the Parent account, you are able to browse and preview all of the activities that they have on the site. You can then select the ones that you'd like your child to do. To get started, you need to assign the activity to your child's Student account.
How do I cancel my account?
To cancel your account, log in as a parent and click on the 'My Subscription' tab.
How do I upgrade to an annual subscription?
To upgrade your subscription please log in to your parent account. Click onto the tab labeled " My subscription and will you now be transferred to your subscription page. On your subscription page at the top of the screen, you will find a red box labeled " Upgrade to annual".
Can I change my child's year group?
Changing your child's year group is quick and easy. Click on my subscriptions which is on the left-hand side of the parent's dashboard on the homepage. You’ll now be presented with the current subscription page. In the subscription account box, you will see the student's name and current package. Next, to the package details, there will be a green box. Click on the black pencil which you will take you onto the student's edit page.
