When an item is damaged by a courier, please contact them immediately within 14 days of purchase, they will request you to send a picture to enquiries@electricmania.co.uk, this is so they can send the picture to their courier to submit a damage claim, they will then send you a free return label to send the item back to them. Once they have received the item back they can either send you a replacement or refund your order for you.

If for any reason you no longer wish to keep your item, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item to them if you wish to receive a full refund or exchange, if you have chosen an express shipping service, you will only be refunded the standard shipping charge. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, they cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
