Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 14 calendar days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods). This is your UK statutory right. This will apply to your order unless you order video, DVD, Blu-ray, audio, multimedia, and software where the item has been unsealed or personal care products such as shavers or hair products where, for reasons of personal hygiene, they are unable to accept returns except where faulty. Should you cancel the contract, they will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods and standard delivery, but not any service provided by them, such as a gift-wrapping service or a special delivery service. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods until they are back with them. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back. If an item has been used or accessories are missing, a deduction will be made from your refund.
