Envii accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, and Klarna.
Can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a track and trace number as soon as your order has left Envii warehouse.
I received a damaged item/package. What do I do?
If you have received a damaged item/package, please contact Envii Customer Care immediately. Please attach pictures of either the packaging or the item for the damage to be assessed.
I have returned something to you, but I haven’t got the refund yet?
If you haven’t received any confirmation of your return, please start by checking your credit card for a refund. Be aware your money will always be refunded to the same credit card used when placing the order.
Can I return something I’ve bought in one of your stores online?
Envii is sorry, but items purchased in their stores need to be returned to their stores as well.
