If you have a ESHO account, you can view your order status using your order number and your email address here once your order has been shipped.

Customers are entitled to a refund if the product is deemed faulty. If you have an issue with any of your ESHO. products please reach out to their customer services team who will be happy to help and issue a refund if necessary. Re usage- as per their items description and user guide products should be used according to instructions for 6-8 weeks for optimum results. Refunds will not be offered based on a lack of instantaneous results.
