Yes, Fiido voucher codes have expiry dates which may apply to selected products. It’s essential to check the terms and conditions of each Fiido promotion to ensure you use them while they are still valid.
Fiido’s system allows only one Fiido discount code per transaction. However, one of the best ways to stack savings is to apply a promotional code to a bike that is already marked down in a seasonal sale.
The easiest way is to check the expiry details and terms listed alongside the offer before using it. Some discount codes are only available for a limited time while others only apply to selected electric bike models.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Ensure the order is unused and still in its original packaging to facilitate a smooth return process. Accessories and batteries may be returned within 7 days of receiving them.
You should cover the return delivery cost and Fiido has different price points depending on the item you are returning.
Fiido usually issues a refund once they have reviewed your returned order and approved it. The timeline should be within 14 working days of receiving your order.
If your refund has not appeared within the expected timeframe, first confirm that the team at Fiido has received and processed your returned order. You can check with your bank or payment provider if the payment is pending on their end.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link in your email, so you can follow your package until it arrives at your doorstep.
Yes, Fiido does offer free standard shipping for all UK mainland orders.
Fiido accepts a wide range of payment methods that include major credit and debit cards, PayPal and more.
Student discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes as only one discount can be applied per order. Be sure to select an offer that provides the best savings.
