If you are not happy with the product received and would like to return the item, you can do so within 14 days of delivery, either for a refund or replacement, providing the hamper is unopened and in the original condition. If the hamper contains bespoke items or fresh products like cheese etc, unfortunately, this cannot be returned. For more please visit hampers.com return policy.
Saturday delivery is available to UK mainland home addresses for a small additional fee. Order by 2 pm GMT Friday for Saturday delivery. They do not currently offer a Sunday delivery service, however, it is available from time to time for occasions like Christmas, Mother's Day, and Father's day, see checkout for availability.
If you would like to cancel your order, there may be an opportunity to do so, up to one hour after the order was placed. Contact them with your cancellation request and your order number as soon as possible. They will do their best to cancel the order, however, if it has already been passed to the warehouse usually within an hour, then it can only be returned once delivered, through their returns procedure.
