FITE accepts all major Debit/Credit Card.
How to watch/access the event I ordered on another device/browser?
Just sign in with your email and password in the FITE app or from the top right corner on their website. Then navigate to the show you want to watch - it will show as already purchased. Alternatively, you can go to the event you want to watch, click on "Already Ordered?" and then log in with your email and password. The show will unlock after you do.
I haven’t received a confirmation email for my purchase. What should I do?
It is possible you have used a different email to sign up for FITE. Please contact them with as much info and alternative emails you might have used so they can check which one it is. If you have used iTunes sign in - please go to the Settings menu on your iPhone/iPad/Mac then Apple ID > Password & Security > Apps Using Your Apple ID. Use the email ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com to sign into FITE.
I ordered on my phone. Can I watch it on my computer?
Yes - you need to sign in with your email and password from the top right corner on FITE. Then navigate to the show you want to watch - it will show as already purchased.
Will my order be active if I close the browser?
Yes! You can shut down your browser and come back on the top of the hour to watch the event. Your event will be unlocked and waiting for you as long as you use the same browser you purchased it from.
