If you require an engineer to dismantle the product then a labour charge will also apply. They will write to you within 21 days of your notification, confirming your cancellation, informing you of the collection date, if required, the cost of collection and the method of collection. They guarantee unless you have agreed to other arrangements, to collect the products and refund your money within 30 days of you cancelling the agreement. If Fitness Options has arranged a credit agreement on your behalf, this will automatically be cancelled.
Which products are not refundable?
There are certain products, by their nature and usage that cannot be returned. However, you have the right to inspect them and return them if unused.
What if I receive a faulty product?
Please inform them in writing of faulty products within 7 days. They will arrange for either an engineer to call or exchange. If the faulty goods are to be returned the returns must be authorised byFitness Options, and unauthorised goods will be refused. You may have to deal directly with the manufacturer. If they cannot remedy the problem to your satisfaction they will refund you in full.
