How to transfer my Freedompop number to another carrier?

If you are attempting to transfer your number (port out) to another wireless carrier, please contact their Support Team for help with this process. You will need a PAC, or Port Authorization Code, from us.

How do I check my current voice usage?

If you are checking your account information online you will need to complete the following steps:

• Log in at my.freedompop.com.
• Then click on the Usage tab from the blue bar at the top of the page.
• From here you can switch between your usage records for calls, text messages, data usage, or international calling.

What is a PAC and how do I get one?

A PAC is required to move your phone number from one carrier to another. To bring a phone number in from another carrier, to your new FreedomPop service, you will have to request a PAC from your previous carrier.

How to make a Facetime call with your Apple ID?

• Fill in the requested information, including your name and email address, and create a password. Make sure to remember your email address and password, you will need it to log into the Facetime application.
• After you have created your Apple ID, go to the home screen of your iPhone or iPad.
• Tap on the Facetime application.
• Sign in using the Apple ID information that you just created.
• You can now make and receive Facetime calls.
• To make a call you will need to search for a phone number or email address. Remember, the recipient of the call must also have an Apple device (iPhone or iPad).
