If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Fresh and Fly takes care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept their apologies if you have received a damaged item. Fresh and Fly asks that you do not refuse delivery, instead accept the goods and contact them immediately. Refusal may actually result in a delay in the parcel being returned.
