How long will my shipping take?

Orders are prepared to be shipped Monday - Friday only. If your order includes one or more customized products, please consider approximately 2 business days so it can be shipped. Standard delivery service is offered and it takes up to 4 to 6 business days (Not including weekends or holidays). Delivery time depends on where you are located. It's not possible to schedule a delivery.

What is Fut Fanatics's return policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) to us within 28 days for a refund only. However, it is not possible to return custom items (with application of name, number, sponsorship or championship patch), due to the product customization. They'll need the items in their original condition, along with any packaging and labels attached. Please contact their team to get the return authorization.

Who is responsible for return shipping?

The customer is always responsible for sending returns unless the item is proven faulty. If you return a product to them, you will be the exporter from the destination country and responsible for guaranteeing it gets delivered to their distribution centre. Title and risk of loss transfer to them only upon delivery. Please bear this in mind when you choose the shipping service for returning an item. A tracked delivery service.

When will I receive my refund?

Once they have received your package and checked the returned products, they will refund you within 15 days through PayPal.
