Where do you deliver?

Geero delivers to the selected number of countries available at checkout.

How do you deliver a bulky item?

Bulky items are generally delivered via a mailing department (freight forwarder). In principle, items are delivered to the curb of the specified address. Delivery only occurs after an appointment has been scheduled. The freight forwarder will be in contact with the recipient telephonically.

How do I return an items?

You can return the received merchandise within 14 days. In addition, they will give you an extra 16 days to return the merchandise. Thus, you have a total of 30 days to return your goods to their warehouse. Please send an e-mail containing the order number and information about the products to be returned (article number and quantity) to global@geero.bike. Information on how to proceed further as well as the shipping label will be sent to you as soon as the e-mail has been reviewed. This ensures that the customer bears no shipping costs.

How and when will I receive my refund?

As soon as the return package reaches their warehouse given the 30-day return period is upheld the payment will be refunded. Alternatively, they would be happy to issue a store voucher for the payment in question. The payment will be credited with the original payment corresponding to the returned goods.
