For most products bought online, you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. If you wish to return unwanted products, you must let them know that you want to return them within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery by contacting the Help Centre. You are responsible for paying the costs of the return. Returned products must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, be in “as new” condition and must not have been used or had any data input onto them.
Once your order has been made and your payment has been processed, they will send you a confirmation email to let you know that your order has been dispatched. This email will contain tracking information for you. Please note that if you place an order at the weekend it will be processed on the next working day.
