Glaize accept all major Debit & Credit cards.
Around 2 weeks after you place your pre-order, you'll receive an email with instructions to upload photos of your hands so that they can size your gels. Glaize will then send your gels 3-5 working days after that.
Glaize aim to deliver your gels within 5-7 working days from when you submit your hand images (assuming no resubmissions are needed). They rely on Royal Mail's 24hr Tracked service so while you should always receive your items within 24 hours of despatch, there may be occasional delays.

Because each set of gels created is custom-sized, they do not accept returns. They are confident you'll LOVE your Glaize gels, however, if you're unhappy with your order for any reason, drop them an email at help@glaize.co so they can make it right.
