Please specify your order number (you can find it in your order confirmation email) and tell them what the problem is so they can do their best to fix it in the future.
Please note that in most cases they can only accept products for return that are ‘largely unused.’ This is tricky to determine for their products, so they can provide a refund of a product the first time that you order it. If you have ordered a product previously, and this is a second or subsequent order of that same product, then unfortunately they can’t accept the return and can’t give a refund (unless required by law). Of course, if you discover subsequent purchases of such products are faulty then they will provide a refund in accordance with consumer laws.
