Growseed policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, they can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

A lot of the present growing instructions had not changed since that seed variety was initially launched in the UK, thus nothing was being done to adapt the current range or alter planting and growing practices in response to recent climatic changes! Gerry soon realised there wasn't much information available in the UK or on conventional allotment websites. Gerry decided to use the same methods to lengthen the growing season or get an early start here by drawing inspiration from Canada and Northern America, where growing seasons are quite short. Gerry started experimenting with the variety of seeds that was available in the UK, utilising outdated geothermal techniques or forgotten technologies like heat beds. This was the beginning of Growseed.
