This depends on whether they have actually shipped your order or not.
When they check, pack, and dispatch your order, they will send you an email confirming that it is on its way. If you haven’t received this dispatch confirmation yet, then please bear with them; they work closely with their partners to ensure delivery times are kept to a minimum, but sometimes circumstances beyond their control mean that delivery may take longer than anticipated. If they think that your order is going to be delayed, they will let you know within 28 days of you placing your order.
However, if you have received confirmation that they have dispatched your order, please allow 10 working days for delivery.
