Your order’s arrival date will depend on your order’s shipping destination. Typically, orders will arrive within 4 to 6 working days. However, most of the time you’ll receive it earlier!

Unfortunately, HIP POP does not offer delivery services on weekends. Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend will be packed and dispatched the following working day.
Due to the perishable nature of their products, HIP POP is unable to accept returns or order cancellations. However, if your order arrived damaged, you are more than welcome to get in contact with their customer service team and they’ll send you a replacement.
It depends! If you received the wrong order or yours arrived subpar, HIP POP will happily offer you a complimentary replacement. Just send their customer service team an email with a photo of the underside of one of the cans.
