If you do not like it after 30 days, you can return it to HOTEBIKE in the same boxes and packing material it came with along with all the paperwork. Hotebike charge a 20% restocking fee. Hotebike will provide you with the return table, and then you send it to them. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once they receive the product back, they will inspect the product for any damage. If there is no damage, they will refund you (minus the 20%) within 10 days. If the return inspection has failed, HOTEBIKE will contact you within five (5) business days of completing the return inspection. In any case, please keep in touch with them. Generally speaking, they will contact you via email.
One (1) Year after the date of receiving, if any part or component of the bike is found upon examination to be defective in material and/or workmanship, it will be replaced at HOTEBIKE discretion. Parts included are the battery, motor, throttle, controller, LCD display, derailleur, hardware, wheel hubs, handlebar components and any other parts mutually agreed to of failed due to a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
