Hoxton Spirits accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay
Orders received before 2pm will be dispatched the same day, any orders after will be dispatched the next working day.
Their dispatch warehouse is not open during weekend hours, the delivery times quoted above are generally only applicable on working days.
All returned items are inspected once they receive them. Once this process is complete they will contact you to advise of their acceptance or refusal of any refund. Any applicable refund will be processed within 14 days.
For spirits, all returns must be:
Sealed and in the original packaging, without damage
If you have received a damaged item, please contact them at hoxton@hoxtonspirits.com with details and photos of the item in it’s current state.
You are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items to them unless the item has arrived to you damaged – if this is the case, you will need to provide photos of the package to hoxton@hoxtonspirits.com. They will then review and be in contact with you regarding a refund/replacement or alternative resolution.
