Libation accepts all the major Credit Card and PayPal.
What is the shipping policy?
Non-UK Mainland, Highlands/Rural Scotland & Northern Ireland - These orders are processed as normal dispatch but due to rural delivery and supply chain issues your order might take between 2 to 3 days.
On rare occasions, the delivery company may miss connections and your next day delivery might be delayed, unfortunately, this is out of their control.
It’s the law that someone 18 years or older must be at the delivery address and receive the wine. Carriers will not drop a Libation package full of natural wine at your door and leave, someone must be present.
What is the return policy?
The 14 days start from the purchase date - therefore if 14 days have elapsed they, unfortunately, cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your wine must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
To verify your return, they require a receipt or proof of purchase.
What is the refund policy?
Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. Libation will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 10 days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
* Any item (wine) not in its original condition. e.g. label damaged.
* Any item (wine) that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
