Will you carry my order into my home?
All large JTX Fitness equipment is delivered by two people. For fitness equipment between 31.5kg and 70kg, ArrowXL will carry your machine into the room of your choice. If it weighs more than 70kg they will carry it into a ground floor room of your choice. Smaller fitness equipment and accessories are delivered to the front door.
Their cardio fitness equipment is heavy and comes in large boxes. If access to your chosen room could be challenging, please contact them with your order details to help them ensure a nice smooth delivery.
Does JTX Fitness charged cover the costs associated with accidental damage?
Unfortunately, JTX Fitness warranties do not cover the costs associated with accidental damage. However, they will do their best to help you get the fitness equipment repaired at a fair price. If they can send you parts, they will and they will keep the charges to a minimum. If you need a visit they can put you in contact with a specialist engineer who will be able to give you a pre-visit quote.
