If, for whatever reason, you decide you do not want to keep the item/items in your order, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your delivery to return them to Kiki McDonough. If you do not return the goods within the timeframe above, Kiki McDonough may not be by law required to refund any payment, so it is important to keep within the aforementioned timeframe.

Note: Jewellery should not be worn or damaged. You should not remove any security tags from the item if they are present.

Faulty items will only be accepted for exchange or return if there is deemed to be a manufacturing fault within a period of 12 months after delivery. Kiki McDonough is only able to exchange faulty items for the same item, subject to availability.

If the products are already in transit, you will need to wait to receive them and then organise a return to Kiki McDonough. Once the products have been delivered to you, you may cancel at any time within 14 days, starting from the day after you receive the products, or where the products are dispatched in stages, 14 days from the date you received the last delivery.
