Does Knees Home and Electrical install my product?
They offer installation for all products in their local delivery area. Please be aware that unless specified their prices are for standard installations, this requires that the correct connections are in place. If any additional work is needed such as moving pipework they can organise for this to be done, however, it would incur further charges.
Can I return my product?
If you wish to change your mind about a purchase and return a product within the statutory 14 day period, please email info@knees.online with the title βProduct Returnβ. Please include the order number, the item you wish to return, a reason to return and full contact details.
What if I received a damaged product?
If you are not present at the time of delivery Knees will assume that whoever signs for the item is authorised to do so. The signature of the delivery order confirms that there is no damage to the product(s). If any damage is noted at this point, this should be noted on the delivery order. The product can be returned with the driver and replacements brought to you at an agreed time. Any damage noted after delivery must be advised to Knees Home and Electrical within 24 hours of delivery and photographs must be e-mailed to info@knees.online. In this situation, they will coordinate with the manufacturer and request a replacement. This is not always guaranteed.
