How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free for all orders over £50, express delivery is available for £4.99 (incl. VAT).
How and when can I order?

What kinds of payment do you accept?
Ligo accepts payment from all major credit and debit cards. If your card is registered to an address outside of the UK then you can pay via BACS transfer.
When will my order arrive?
This depends on the delivery service you have selected for your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email as the confirmation along with your tracking details. For problems with the delivery, please contact Customer Services for assistance.
Who will deliver my order?
They currently use a range of couriers to deliver parcels (DPD, Royal Mail and Yodel), and who you receive will depend on a number of factors: service paid for, size and weight of the consignment, and geographical location.
How do I cancel my order?
If your order has not been dispatched you can cancel by contacting them by email, phone, or live chat.
How do I return an item?
If you have received your order and wish to return one or more parts of it, please contact them or call 0333 251 9320. They will then set up a Return Authorization number and provide instructions to return.
