Having your little one feel confident and comfortable in their items is their top priority. They will gladly accept returns on full-priced merchandise if they are e-mailed within 5 business days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition. E-mail them at customerservice@lolaandtheboys.com for their return address and please include your order number.
Their clothing comes in standard kid’s sizes. For example, if the item is sized 4-5Y, this would fit an average-sized 4-year-old, up to a smaller-sized 5-year-old.
Please treat these garments with great care, as most of these dresses are to be washed either by hand or on a delicate wash cycle and hung to dry. Do not dry in the heat, unless it states otherwise on the garment’s tag, and always set your dryer on low.
