As long as the order has not shipped, you can change or cancel your order by emailing them. They’ll do everything Lovevery can to accommodate your request. If your order has been shipped, you can refuse the order upon delivery or simply return the order to them within 30 days after delivery.
All materials in their products are tested to and comply with, global toy safety standards. Lovevery third-party lab tests include testing for each coating and material in their products for dangerous chemicals, heavy metals, and phthalates. All of Lovevery products are compliant with European Union testing regulations, and all carry the CE Marking.
