What is your return policy?
They always want you to be happy with your online order so they offer a 30-day no-quibble guarantee on all products purchased through Luxurious Look. If you are not totally satisfied with your products or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product(s) to them within 30 days of receipt and they will refund you at the price you paid for the product(s). Please note they will not refund any postage you may have paid on the original order. There are some exceptions on returns for reasons of hygiene and safety, they cannot refund or exchange any products that have been removed from the original wrapping or show any signs of having been.
What if I wish to cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order please let them know as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped then you will receive a full refund minus the postage paid.
